Blue River View is a three bedroom two and a half bath duplex on a spectacular acre in Breckenridge, Colorado. This is anything but your typical rental. We spend most of our summer here. The Blue River rushes through the property and feeds a large pond that is a fisherman's dream. In winter, it is a perfect place to practice your snow shoe or cross country technique - on site! Inside, the home is a decorator's delight. All-in-all, it is hard to leave Blue River View and return to reality.

Two comfortable chairs, a full-size sofa, peeled log tables and stools,
32 inch cable TV, VCR, DVD, CD, high speed DSL internet access, phone with answering machine, powder room and
too many unique accessories to mention make this a great space to
gather.
The kitchen/dining room seats six and from the table the view of TenMile Range is great. Looking out over the deck, pond and Blue River is not bad either. The kitchen is fully equipped: microwave, range, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, and all of the utensils, spices and condiments that a gourmet cook could want. Through the doorway is a large deck, complete with gas grill and a grand overlook of our pond, the Blue River and the mountains.
Go up the log stair to the master bedroom for a king-size peeled log bed, recliner chair (great for naps), make-up table, lamps, cable TV, ceiling fan, humidifier, large closet, various art works and two windows opening to super views. The second bedroom features a queen peeled log bed, two really special lamps, recliner chair, antique dresser, oil painting, cable TV, ceiling fan, humidifier, large closet and a double window view of the TenMile Range. High-end linens add a special flair. The bathroom is a custom tiled oversized shower and toilet room with a separate basin vanity area. Plenty of fluffy cotton towels are right at hand. Upstairs is perfect for two couples.
Downstairs, a large room opens to a private patio and hot tub (seats 8), all overlooking the pond, river and trees, trees and trees. Back inside and you will find two twin beds, a day bed with trundle, and a single sofa bed that sleep 5 comfortably. There is a bathroom with shower. Again, special linens, towels, cable TV, VCR, humidifier, books, games, special art create a fun place for kids or another couple. Coming home to the heated garage is a treat. No frozen snow-covered car for you. A washer/drier is also provided for your convenience. While Blue River View offers an acre of tranquility, it is very close to the slopes and Victorian downtown Breckenridge. Honest, it is an easy fairly flat walk to restaurants, shops and if you can walk in ski boots, the new QuickSilver SuperSix lift. The FREE RIDE Breckenridge shuttle stops 150 feet from the house, and will take you all directly to the slopes. It connects with the Summit Stage which can take you anywhere in the county. Blue River View has it all: location, amenities, atmosphere, room to roam, views, river, pond, trees, sophistication, charm, magic for kids, did I say views? If this isn't enough, then catering, guide service, customized transportation to and from the lifts can be arranged to make your stay in our vacation home just perfect.
